Role Objective

To take full operational and administrative ownership of the city branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for converting local leads into active cases, managing a team of field investigators, and ensuring that every report delivered to a client meets the "Chercheur Gold Standard" of evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Command: Assigning cases to Investigation Officers and tracking their movement via GPS and real-time logs to ensure 100% field discipline.
• Evidence Quality Control: Reviewing every photo, video, and document captured in the field. You are the final filter before evidence reaches the client.
• Client Relationship Management: Meeting walk-in clients and high-value corporate leads to explain our technical process and build the trust required for sensitive cases.
• Local Team Leadership: Mentoring the city’s telecalling desk and field team. You are responsible for the branch's monthly performance and "Case Success Rate."
• Academy Liaison: Managing the local batch of students for the Chercheur Detective Academy, coordinating their classroom sessions and practical field training.
• Security & Gadget Inventory: Ensuring all spy equipment (covert cameras, GPS trackers) is accounted for, charged, and functional.

Common Requirements (All Cities)

• Experience: 5–10 years in Operations, Team Management, or Law Enforcement/Security.
• Skills: High emotional intelligence (for handling sensitive matrimonial cases) and a "detective mindset" (for spotting gaps in evidence).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, cloud storage for evidence, and specialized investigative software.
• Integrity: A clean background is mandatory. The BM must be a symbol of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
