Relationship Manager

You will be working as a full-time Relationship Manager at Ummeed Housing Finance Private Limited in Gwalior. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships, assess loan eligibility based on their income and business/trade, and provide doorstep services. You will assist customers with their loan applications, understand their specific needs, process loans efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
