Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (RM) and Senior Relationship Manager (Senior RM) at our Indore branch. The RM and Senior RM will be responsible for client acquisition, loan processing, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include assessing loan eligibility, conducting field visits, and collecting necessary documentation. The role involves actively engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate loan solutions.

Qualifications

• Client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Strong knowledge of loan processing and financial assessment
• Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities
