o 12-15 years proven experience in admin , facilities management, vendor management, and logistics, ideally in a BPO/operations setting.
o Hands-on experience in setting up and managing facilities across multiple locations.
o Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, including dealing with small, medium, and large-scale vendors.
o Proficient in MS Office tools, email communication, and typing.
o Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including active listening.
o Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
o Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
o Comfortable with night shifts and working from the office.
o Willingness to travel as necessary for multi-city site management.

The Facilities Admin Manager will oversee vendor and contract management, drive cost-saving initiatives, efficiently manage operational and maintenance needs, and support the setup and smooth functioning of multiple sites, with the primary focus on the Bengaluru location. This role demands strong procurement, negotiation, and facilities management expertise, with an added preference for candidates with a retired armed forces background for their discipline, crisis management, and operational rigor.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in running operations within both OPEX and CAPEX models, possess familiarity with vendor ecosystems of all scales (small, medium, and large), and be comfortable working night shifts, traveling, and managing multi-city operations.
