Job Description

Role: Manager Procurement & SCM [Import/ Export]

Exp 7-12 Years

Location: South Delhi

Role Objective: End to End coordination for Imports of Furnishing and Fixture in India and oversee Procurement, Logistics, SCM, Inventory Controls and vendors management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

A.

Track all
import shipments (factory to port, port to warehouse)
Handle
customs clearance and documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders and CHA agents

B.

Maintain
records of shipments, packing lists, and invoices
Coordinate HS codes, BOE entries, and tax documents with accounts

C.

Coordinate with overseas and in India factories for timelines, production updates, packaging, and dispatch
Manage QC Reports, Approvals and Loading schedules
Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Cantonese will be a plus

D.

Coordinate container offloading, QC at warehouse, and repackaging
Schedule
deliveries to client sites with branded packaging
Align with sales and operations team for timelines

Preferred Candidate attributes:

Bachelors Degree in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,
Strong knowledge of
International Trade Laws, Customs Regulations and Compliance requirements relevant to Furnishing, Funirture and Design preferred.
Shall have
5–10 years in international logistics or supply chain Furniture or Retail domain preferred
End to End Coordination
with Vendors or Production at Factories
Familiar with
shipping logistics, warehousing, and port clearances
Strong in
English, and ideally familiar with Mandarin basics
Tech-friendly: knows Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and Google Sheets
