JD Warehouse Marketing Manager A Warehouse Marketing Manager tole is unconventional, it would combine traditional Warehouse Manager duties (inventory management and operations safety) with Marketing manager responsibilities like developing product demand, strategies and coordinating promotions that can be integrated into warehouse operations or logistics. This manager would analyze data to understand market demand, work with product teams to forecast needs for warehouse stocking and potentially manage warehouse-focused promotional events, all while ensuring smooth, effective warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Integration: Develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight the warehouse's capabilities or promote specific products handled within the warehouse. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with product development and sales teams to predict product demand, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained in the warehouse. Promotional Coordination: Organize and manage events or promotions related to the warehouse, such as facility tours or logistics demonstrations. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance and sales data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for warehouse operations. Operations Oversight: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to meet demand and minimize loss. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational and marketing-related goals. Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the warehouse and associated marketing budgets, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances. Required Skills: Strong marketing expertise, Analytical skills, Warehouse management, Leadership & Communication, Strategic thinking and Problem-Solving skills Qualification & Experience: Graduate with minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Warehouse Marketing to run business.
