Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational and marketing-related goals. Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the warehouse and associated marketing budgets, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances.
