Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will focus on optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive lead generation for our hospital group. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and collaborate with hospital units to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, focusing on maximizing conversions and ROI for Medpark Hospital

• Performance Marketing: Drive and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the hospital's business goals and KPIs.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify key trends, insights, and areas of improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Reporting and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize and monitor campaign performance metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

• Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a B2C background preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in creating and managing lead generation campaigns.

• Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel
