Job Description

Title: Human Resource -Assistant Manager / Manager / Head HR


* Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching & administrative staff.

* Manage manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews & onboarding.

* Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee records.

* Implement performance management, KPI setting & appraisal processes.

* Plan and coordinate training & development programs, induction and continuous professional development (CPD).

* Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.

* Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labor laws) and adherence to CBSE norms & school policies.

* Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards & support management in decision-making.

* Head HR Guide HR team, streamline processes, and drive HR strategy & culture-building.


Key Skills Required


* Strong HR operations & recruitment experience (preferred in schools).

* Excellent communication, coordination & interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of labor laws, CBSE compliances & HR systems.

* Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.
