This role requires a proven marketing professional to develop, execute, and manage all marketing activities focused on driving K-12 student enrollment across the Hyderabad region. You must have deep expertise in regional outdoor advertising and the ability to lead a cohesive multi-channel strategy while maintaining strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities Outdoor Advertising (OOH) Leadership: Plan, budget, and execute all outdoor media campaigns, including billboards, bus shelters, and local print media , ensuring high visibility and regulatory compliance within the Hyderabad market. Strategic Planning: Design and lead a comprehensive, measurable marketing strategy focused on achieving yearly enrollment targets (e.g., 15% growth). This includes setting clear objectives, defining KPIs, and allocating resources effectively across channels. Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the integration of OOH efforts with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) and localized community engagement initiatives to maximize lead generation and brand presence. Performance Analysis: Consistently monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data and concrete metrics to inform decisions and optimize strategies for greater return on investment (ROI). Collaboration and Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team, the Admissions Department, and Senior Management to ensure message consistency and seamless lead-to-enrollment conversion. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage external agencies and media vendors, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and strict accountability for deliverables. Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on the K-12 education or service sector in Hyderabad or a similar metropolitan region. Demonstrated expertise in OOH media buying and placement within the Hyderabad area, with a strong understanding of local regulations and effective positioning. Proven ability to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing budget and track performance against specific enrollment goals. Excellent organizational skills; you must manage complex projects, multiple vendors, and competing internal deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills; you must clearly articulate strategies and results to diverse audiences, including management and non-marketing staff. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
