Role & responsibilities

• Oversee Recruitment Operations

  : Manage and execute end-to-end permanent hiring processes across various industries and functions.

• Team Leadership

  : Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality results.

• Business Development (BD)

  : Identify and develop new business opportunities, build client pipelines, and secure long-term partnerships.

• Key Account Management (KAM)

  : Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with excellence.

• Drive Hiring Strategies

  : Develop and implement effective sourcing, screening, and selection strategies to attract top talent.

• Client Interaction

  : Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the hiring process.

• Performance Monitoring

  : Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize processes and achieve team goals.

• Reporting and Documentation

  : Maintain accurate records of hiring activities, client feedback, and team performance for regular reporting.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Talent Acquisition Expertise: In-depth knowledge of permanent hiring processes and recruitment best practices.
• Team Leadership: Strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate recruitment teams to achieve targets.
• Business Development (BD): Skills in identifying and acquiring new clients, and expanding business opportunities.
• Key Account Management (KAM): Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office.
