Job Description

You will be joining PivotRoots, a Havas company, as a Paid Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing for lead generation as well as branding campaigns aimed at awareness and engagement. - Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads - Managing performance-driven campaigns such as Search, Display, and Lead Generation - Handling branding campaigns like YouTube, Display, and Video Awareness Campaigns - Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates - Conducting A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and messaging - Collaborating closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad copies and visuals - Generating regular reports and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness - Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads - Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and Lead Generation campaigns - Experience managing YouTube, Display, and Video Awareness campaigns - An analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools - Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Your previous professional experience should include 2-4 years in strategic planning within the media and brand industry. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising is preferred, along with intermediate proficiency in English. Soft skills and competencies desired for this role include managing execution, being authentic and open, flexibility, media and media planning knowledge, and expertise in partners and suppliers (Media/Tech/Data/Content). Advanced Programmatic knowledge and familiarity with OSEP will be beneficial in this role.
