This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining inventory records of equipment, and assisting in the deployment of new technology solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support for computer hardware and software to employees within an organization. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software. Maintain inventory records of computer equipment and software licenses. Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions within the organization. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. Document technical processes and procedures for future reference. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance technical support services. Job Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in providing technical support for computer hardware and software. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software.
