As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers. You will be responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical help over the phone or via email. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions to identify the root cause of the issue. - Determining the most effective solution based on the information and details provided by customers. - Guiding customers through the problem-solving process to help them resolve technical issues. - Escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate level of support personnel for further assistance. - Offering accurate information on our IT products and services to customers. - Documenting events, issues, and their resolutions in detailed logs for future reference. - Following up with customers to provide updates on the status of their inquiries and information. - Passing along any valuable feedback or suggestions provided by customers to the relevant team. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time during day shifts from Monday to Friday at our in-person work location.
