Agency : Havas Creative Job Description : Our Media Processing Coordinator is an administrative support position to our Media Buying group. He/she will sit alongside other Media Processing Coordinators and work together on other day-to-day related business functions within the Media Processing Department. The Media Processing Department is responsible for the full life cycle of data elements related to the media airings purchased by the Media Buying group. RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify and process media airings from Prelog, to post log, possible discrepancy and affidavit Receive and process daily station data through 3rd party automation partner Work with media coordinators to ensure station files are formatted for automated processing Communicate issues and process completion with media coordinators Verify high volume of station invoices ensuring the data matches our system Work closely with Media Buyers and Account Executives to resolve any discrepancies Contact stations to resolve any outstanding or discrepant invoices, as well as improve automation formats. Prepares ‘Full Disclosure’ reports monthly for clients – this includes filing and alphabetizing processed invoices. Minimum Requirements: You can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You have a high level of attention to detail and organization You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanor You enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork You have a desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment You have strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal You are self-motivated; inquisitive, proactive & high initiative (learns/ask questions, applies, grows) You can both independently and in a team environment Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required You have previous experience and/or understanding in performance marketing (TV and internet) You have prior experience working in a database; desired, but not required You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite tools You are familiar with various reporting systems #LI-PD1 Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
