We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Data Analytics team in Hyderabad. The Data Analytics team works closely with the Front Office and Technology teams to provide high quality and in-depth support to the Investment Research team and the decision-based processes of the firm's global proprietary trading strategies. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this position, you will lead a high-performance team to support frontoffice traders/analysts on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that involve financial data. You will be expected to develop robust and scalable models to build and analyze large financial data sets, draw insights, perform exception analysis, and support decision-making. You will collaborate with the in-house technology team to automate processes to achieve optimal efficiency. You will also support the Fundamental Research team by conducting data research, summarizing industry/company conference calls, and preparing quarterly earnings reports. In addition to this, you will be expected to mentor junior members of the team. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream and MBA/PGDBA with 3 to 6 years of experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities. Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and support a team of talented individuals and take ownership of their performance and career. Robust analytical and leadership qualities, as well as the ability to work autonomously with limited direction and guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
