Educational Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelors Degree or professional qualification in the insurance domain

Preferred: Degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in regulatory compliance for Health & Motor Insurance

Strong analytical and resolution skills

Skilled in handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination

Familiar with AI-based compliance platforms

Multilingual: English, Hindi, plus one regional language

Key Responsibilities

File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC

Validate Health/Motor-related data from departments before submission

Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency

Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors

Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in Insurance Industry

Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
