Job Description

Asa Data Analyst focusing on Performance Marketing, you will play a crucial rolein analyzing marketing data to derive actionable insights that enhance campaignperformance and ROI. Youll collaborate with marketing teams to measure keyperformance indicators, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide strategicrecommendations to optimize our marketing efforts. KeyResponsibilities Analyzemarketing campaign data, including but not limited to ROAS, CTR, conversionrates, customer acquisition costs, and other performance metrics. Definetracking on all landing pages and marketing channels, create step by stepcustomer journey, create funnels and optimize conversion. Identifytrends, patterns, and opportunities within marketing data to improve campaigntargeting, messaging, and overall performance. Developand maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regularperformance updates to stakeholders. Collaboratewith marketing teams to design A/B tests, analyze results, and recommendimprovements based on test outcomes. Utilizedata segmentation techniques to identify user cohorts and provide insights fortargeted feature development and marketing strategies. Createvisual representations of data insights to effectively communicate findings tonon-technical stakeholders. Requirements Minimum2 Years of experience in data analysis, preferably within performance marketingor digital advertising. Stronganalytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex datainto actionable insights. Experiencein working with MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), marketing automation tool(CleverTap/MoEngage), Google Analytics is must. Proficiencyin SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understandingof digital marketing concepts and key performance metrics. Excellentverbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights tonon-technical stakeholders.
