Telecaller – Job Description Location: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore Department: Driver Sourcing / Operations Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential drivers and customers. Explain car rental services and driver onboarding process. Maintain call records and follow-up status. Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams. Achieve daily calling and conversion targets. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English. Negotiation and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM). PUC/Diploma/Graduate; experience 0–2 years preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
