    The Manager - Civil role at Adani in Mirzapur requires an experienced professional with 10-15 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry. The ideal candidate will oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Thermal Projects sector - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and construction staff - Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success - Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering best practices - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project delivery - Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies - Stay current on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering

Technical Competencies
