MEP/ HVAC Engineer

Position Summary:

Responsible for MEP/HVAC management with a clean sense of process and procedures and product knowledge. Should be interactive and able to converse with residents to ensure closure.

Responsibilities:

1. Send the Daily Progress report for closure of MEP/ HVAC tickets.
2. Check and maintain all power, water/ HVAC and sewer infra.
3. Check and Supervise activities on site.
4. Update all the documentations on site.
5. Track the schedule along with the contractors.
6. Highlight any expected escalations / concerns.
7. Plan the next day Activity
8. Material distribution activity at site.

Skill Set Required:

• Good understanding of procedures and practices in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing in buildings as well as in Infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Good training abilities.
• Able to work Independently
• Should be able to converse fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering with sound knowledge of centralised HVAC
• A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Engineering day to day operation specially in Electrical and HVAC of commercial building
