About the Role

Business Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  processes across functions.
• Partner with business leaders (growth, product, supply chain, retail, and operations) to deliver financial insights that shape strategy and execution.
• Track, analyze, and report on key business and financial metrics (revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, ROI, and operational KPIs).
• Build and manage

  dashboards, MIS, and board-level reports

  for leadership and investors.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer acquisition, retention, unit economics, and overall business performance.
• Evaluate

  business cases for new initiatives, expansion, and investments

  ; track ROI on strategic projects.
• Ensure financial discipline and governance across spends, vendor contracts, and procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, optimize costs, and unlock efficiency.
• Drive automation and standardization in reporting and financial processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–8 years of experience in

  business finance, FP&A, or corporate finance

  , preferably in B2C/e-commerce/retail/consumer-tech.
• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Solid understanding of

  P&L management, unit economics, and customer lifecycle metrics

  .
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with both business and leadership teams.
• High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
