Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Client Coordination

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various sources.
• Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
• Support senior management in closing deals and maintaining client relations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up on business leads.

Backend Sales & Support

• Manage CRM data, lead tracking, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with the operations/recruitment/delivery team for smooth service execution.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients for renewals and repeat business.
• Assist in drafting business agreements and maintaining client documentation.

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
