Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition, HR transformation, analytics

human capital strategy and business growth

Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the real estate business vertical.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build job descriptions, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
Build employer brand and candidate experience initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

HR Transformation:

Drive HR transformation projects focusing on digitization, workforce optimization, and process improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable HR systems.

HR Analytics:

Leverage data to track key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, employee retention, and workforce planning.
Provide insights and dashboards to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Employee Experience:

Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement, onboarding, and retention.
Act as a culture champion, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Real Estate or Infrastructure sector.
Proven track record in
recruitment, talent management, and HR transformation projects
.
Strong experience in
HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
