Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Accounts, located in Gandhidham. The Manager - Accounts will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements and reports, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading a team of accounting professionals. Additional responsibilities include managing financial audits, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Compliance
• Experience in using Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and collaborate
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CA is a plus)
• Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is advantageous
