Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Accounts, located in Gandhidham. The Manager - Accounts will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements and reports, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading a team of accounting professionals. Additional responsibilities include managing financial audits, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Compliance Experience in using Accounting Software and ERP systems Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and collaborate Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CA is a plus) Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is advantageous
