Salary Range: 35,000-37,000/-Month.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial records while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, taxation laws, and company policies. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally & MS Office, excellent analytical skills, and prior experience in leading a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership.

· Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

· Prepare and update financial statements such as Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and receipts.

· Review and analyze company expenditures on a monthly basis.

· Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, ESI returns, and other tax-related documents accurately and on time.

· Reconcile account balances and bank statements; maintain general ledgers and perform month-end closures.

· Audit financial documents for accuracy while ensuring confidentiality of data.

· Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules for each cinema unit.

· Manage company accounts to ensure timely payments and monitor accounting software systems.

· Assess accounting control procedures and oversee internal/external auditing processes.

· Provide financial analysis, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.

· Ensure effective communication between departments on billing, invoicing, and payments.

· Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring productivity and efficiency across the team.

· Prepare year-end financial accounts and coordinate with external/internal auditors for Tax and GST audits for compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Master’s degree/ MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CMA (ICWAI) any part preferable.

· Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ESI returns.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and financial management systems.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
