Job Summary:

Management Trainee – Sales


Location - Gurgaon

CTC - 25k inhand


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and

    analyze RFPs

    to develop tailored proposals.
  • Coordinate with

    internal teams

    (operations, design, accounts, etc.) to gather required inputs for proposals.
  • Prepare

    detailed budgets, presentations, and concept notes

    based on client briefs.
  • Conduct

    market research

    on upcoming tenders, events, and potential client opportunities.
  • Liaise with

    hotels, venues, and vendors

    to obtain quotations, availability, and other relevant details.
  • Maintain and update

    lead databases

    and track proposal progress and status.
  • Ensure

    timely submission

    of proposals, supporting documents, and other deliverables.
  • Support the

    Business Development team

    during client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
  • Maintain a

    repository of past proposals, case studies, and client presentations

    for reference.
  • Assist in

    post-submission follow-ups

    and respond to client queries or clarifications.
  • Continuously research

    industry trends and competitor activities

    to support strategy building.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales support, business development, or research (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the

    Events, MICE, or Hospitality industry

    will be an added advantage.
