With operations across India and presence in Singapore, Dubai, UK, and Germany, we specialize in working with associations, corporates, and government bodies.

Government Relations & Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a

    liaison officer

    between IA-Meetings and

    Central & State Government bodies, PSUs, and regulatory agencies

    .
  • Facilitate meetings, representations, and follow-ups with officials and decision-makers.
  • Monitor upcoming tenders, RFPs, and empanelment's relevant to MICE, events, and association management.
  • Support the management in

    relationship building

    to ensure favourable visibility for IA-Meetings.
  • Draft and submit proposals, EOIs, and technical/financial bids in coordination with the operations & finance teams.
  • Build and nurture strong networks with senior bureaucrats, procurement officers, and policy influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with government procedures, procurement norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Represent IA-Meetings at government exhibitions, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Track policy developments and provide insights on business opportunities within the government sector.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience

    : 7–12 years in

    government liaison, public affairs, or institutional sales

  • Salary:

    70000K-100000K
  • Network

    : Established contacts across ministries, state departments, and PSUs.
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of government tendering and procurement processes (GeM, CPP Portal, empanelments).
  • Excellent communication, representation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and review bids, MoUs, and compliance documents.
  • Education

    : Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/MPP/MA in Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • Professional with

    integrity, discretion, and confidence in dealing with senior officials
