Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role within the media or events industry. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and scheduling tools. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with SEO principles and website traffic metrics. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
