Job Title: Social Media Manager (Media & Events Industry) Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience : 7 to 8 years About Us: IA-Meetings , is a leading organization in the media and events industry, known for creating impactful experiences and innovative campaigns. We are seeking a talented Social Media Expert to drive our online presence, engage audiences, and amplify our brand across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each platform. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Collaborate with event teams to promote live events, virtual experiences, and brand activations through social media. Develop social media campaigns around product launches, events, and marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our strategy. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty. Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and stakeholders to amplify reach and visibility. Ensure brand consistency across all social media content and communication. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role within the media or events industry. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and scheduling tools. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with SEO principles and website traffic metrics.
