Key features of the Role: Ini¢al Training Program (ITP): The selected MTs will undergo a 3 to 6 months on ground hands on training program at one of the COCO loca¢ons of Oben Electric. Deployment: Post training, they will be deployed to various DODO/COCO loca¢ons and will work in Channel Management - new dealer development and exis¢ng dealer sustenance ini¢a¢ves. Career Progression: A¢er comple¢ng one year with the organiza¢on, based on their performance during the rst year, we will begin deploying the eligible candidates as Area Sales Managers (ASMs) /Business Managers (BMs) across the organiza¢on. Work Schedule: Please note, they will follow a six-day work week with a rota¢onal weekly o. Generate new leads from the various sources. Engage with poten¢al customers and provide them with suitable solu¢ons. Follow-up with exis¢ng leads via various mediums to drive conversions and achieve targets. Manage end to end sales cycle for poten¢al customer. Assis¢ng poten¢al customers with company designated nancing op¢ons and delivery process. Planning and forecas¢ng of monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues and expenses from dierent channels such as Vehicles, accessories and merchandise. Prepare and manage quota¢ons, invoices, documenta¢ons and payments. Building healthy customer rela¢onships and maintaining good reputa¢on of the assigned experience centre. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product, including specica¢ons, pricing. Stay up to date with industry trends, market condi¢ons, and compe¢tor ac¢vi¢es.
