Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Noida. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and managing daily operations, assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies, and conducting market analysis. Additional tasks include supporting management with various projects, preparing reports, and facilitating communication across departments.

• Basic understanding of Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and flexibility
• Prior internship or experience in a similar role is a plus
