Job Purpose: To drive sales and business development activities for mutual fund products by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and approach prospective investors for mutual fund investments. Conduct client meetings, explain various mutual fund schemes, and recommend suitable products based on client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide after-sales service, including portfolio reviews and updates. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Market Research & Awareness Stay updated with the latest mutual fund products, NAVs, market trends, and SEBI/AMFI regulations. Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions and investment opportunities. Sales & Reporting Maintain client records, sales reports, and transaction details. Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Promotional Activities Organize and participate in investor awareness programs, seminars, and client meetings.
