Role Description

1. Donor Research & Prospecting:

Conduct research on potential donors (corporates, foundations, individuals).

Maintain and update prospect databases.

Assist in donor segmentation and targeting strategies.

2. Proposal & Grant Support:

Support in drafting concept notes, proposals, and grant applications under guidance.

Help compile supporting documents and financial data required for submissions.

3. Donor Engagement & Communication:

Assist in preparing donor communication materials (emails, presentations, newsletters).

Support the planning and execution of donor visits, events, and campaigns.

Respond to basic donor queries and coordinate follow-ups.Help in content and graphic creations.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

Help in creating periodic donor reports and impact stories.Maintain updated records of donor interactions in CRM systems or Excel trackers.

5. Team Coordination & Learning:

Collaborate with Resource Mobilization, Communications, Program, and Finance teams to gather relevant data. Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn the full fundraising cycle.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or post-graduate in Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, Social Work, or Business Administration.
• Internships or volunteer experience in fundraising, communications, or NGOs is a plus.
• Willing to work for social sector and towards the most backward and disadvantaged section of our society.
• Support the fund raising /donor servicing, research.
• Have a basic understanding of social sector, fund raising and media and communication.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Location

Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore.
