The candidate will play a key role in directly supporting the company's founder with strategic initiatives, project management, and operational execution. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing high-priority projects, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to decision-making and implementing solutions to drive growth and operational excellence.
