Management Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Managemnet Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to build a career in supporting both employees and business leaders in driving people strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, and policy implementation while learning to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement:

   Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.

• HR Operations:

  Support in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data accuracy.

• Performance Management:

   Assist in tracking goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback processes.

• Employee Relations:

  Help resolve basic employee queries and escalate issues where required.

• Learning & Development:

  Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and collect feedback.

• Policy & Compliance:

  Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company guidelines.

• HR Projects:

  Participate in special projects like diversity & inclusion, culture building, or process improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (recent graduate or final year student).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of HR tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
