Job Title: Management Trainee – HR

Department:

Objective:

As a Management Trainee – HR, you will undergo a structured learning and development program to understand HR business partnering, people management, and organizational effectiveness. This role is designed to groom future HR leaders by providing hands-on exposure to key HR functions in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries in assigned functions.
  • Support the HRBP team in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Assist in workforce planning and manpower forecasting activities.
  • Talent Acquisition & Strategy

  • Partner with business units to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Build robust talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Work with recruitment partners and consultants for niche roles.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience:

  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
  • Gather feedback and help build action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and orientation.
  • Talent Management & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives.
  • Work on succession planning, career development, and performance management activities.
  • HR Compliance & MIS:

  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support audits, data reporting, and MIS generation for the HRBP function.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Projects & Initiatives:

  • Take part in cross-functional HR projects including HR digitization, culture initiatives, or diversity & inclusion.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership.
