As a trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to prepare you for future leadership roles within the organization. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, learn about core business operations, and contribute to key projects. Key Responsibilities : ● Participate in cross-functional training rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations. ● Assist department managers in daily tasks, reporting, and performance analysis. ● Conduct market research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. ● Collaborate with various teams to drive efficiency and innovation. ● Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them within specified timelines. ● Attend meetings, presentations, and training workshops as scheduled. ● Prepare and present progress reports and performance updates to senior management. ● Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ● Recent graduate or up to 6 months of relevant work/internship experience. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new environments. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
