Role Description We at MCCIA are looking for a Data Cleaning & Analysis Intern to join our team. The role will involve conducting Google searches to gather business and industry data, cleaning and mapping that data into structured formats, making verification calls where required, and assisting in analysis to generate useful insights. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys research, is comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and has good communication skills. The position is based in Pune (hybrid/on-site), with a duration of 2–3 months and a stipend. Designation: Head of Membership Department / Function: Director General’s Office Reporting to: Director General Role description: This role will have responsibility towards engaging and nurturing existing members while acquiring new members. The ideal candidate would be a go-getter proactive individual with persuasive communication skills in interacting with industry members. The following information is for the purpose of understanding the role and tasks associated to the role and job profile. The primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the duties stipulated herein. Responsible for: Coordinating strategic business initiatives for development of membership base through successful execution of plans under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. Assisting and communicating with senior leadership and departmental heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Build and develop relationships for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with Director General and Head of Departments on expanding the membership base. Experience and Qualification: 10 plus years of experience in a similar role. Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
