*Job Description: Management Trainee - MCCIA MSME Helpline Project*
*Position:* Management Trainee *Location:* Pune, Maharashtra *Duration:* 4 months *About MCCIA:*MCCIA is a leading industry association supporting MSMEs through various initiatives and services.*Responsibilities:*- Address MSME queries and provide relevant guidance.- Maintain and update the MSME database accurately.- Assist in report preparation and stakeholder coordination.- Support webinars, workshops, and awareness programs.- Track and document MSME concerns and escalate unresolved issues.- Contribute to knowledge resources and FAQs.- Assisting in other tasks of MCCIA as and when required by the team. *Qualifications:*- Completed a degree in Management, Commerce, or related fields.- Strong communication and MS Office skills.- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.- Knowledge of MSME policies is a plus. *Link to Apply*: https://forms.gle/dSd4e3N66P3MVE7p7For any further queries email on - aishwary.fellow@mcciapune.com
