Role Description

Netlink ICT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Intern for Administration to manage day-to-day office operations, travel bookings, stationery control, and meeting coordination. The role supports the Admin/HR team and ensures smooth functioning of office activities.

Location

Key Responsibilities

Daily office administration and facility management.

Travel bookings – flight/train/bus tickets, hotel, cab arrangements.

Stationery & housekeeping material stock maintenance.

Maintain registers: stationery, asset issuance, courier inward/outward.

Coordinate meetings, visitor arrangements, refreshments, projector setup.

Prepare admin reports, documentation, and maintain files.

Skills Required

Good communication & coordination skills.

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Basic negotiation skills for vendor and travel management.

Prefer M.B.A Freshers
