Job Description

Job Title: Management Intern

Department: Office Space (Data Management)

Location: Pune (on site)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities

  • Connecting and building relationship with Investor/Landlord on regular basis.
  • Stacking the entire market and building the entire database of the market.
  • Planning the entire market revisit so to cover them every month and every movement.
  • Ensure growth and achievement of targets, vacancy and continued viability of the service line.
  • Understand the investor mindset and generating lead for cross selling the product available in the market.
  • Regular meeting with the front-end team to understand the requirement of the Client, accordingly, making strategy for tracking movement & availability in the market.
  • Regular update of all the new availability in the market, sharing details with entire team on the availability, movement in the market and most transaction locations.
  • Supporting Transaction team for smooth inspection of properties with clients.
  • Ensuring the published data on the website is at the perfection.
  • Participate in and promote the sharing of knowledge within the company.
  • Actively seek new solutions and creating new opportunities.
  • Advise property owners / developers on project marketing methodologies such as sale / lease by inviting site visits or bids / auctions, direct marketing of project, advertising etc.
  • Ensure maintenance of a database of properties with details such as photographs, floor plans, specifications, availability data, rent / sale Price, market rental values, capital values etc.
  • Execute annual business plans & budgets pertaining to the allotted region.
  • Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain practical exposure to commercial real estate investment analysis, property valuation, and market research.
  • Learn key sales and pre-sales skills such as lead generation, client communication, and understanding customer requirements.
  • Develop the ability to prepare investment proposals, financial models, and sales/marketing presentations with accuracy and clarity.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or completed Post Graduation in any stream.
  • Strong interest in real estate business development, property management, or market research.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, Google Sheets, and research tools.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a learning attitude.
