Internship Objective

The internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate investment consulting, financial analysis, and property market research. The intern will work closely with the Investment and Advisory team to understand deal structuring, client servicing, and project evaluation in the commercial real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research and analysis of commercial property trends.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Work on financial modeling, ROI, and feasibility studies under guidance.
• Help identify potential investors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Assist in maintaining a database of properties, transactions, and clients.
• Coordinate with other departments (Research, Sales, and Legal) for investment documentation and due diligence.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/Finance/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in finance, investment, or real estate consulting.
