We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company

Profile - Area Collection Manager

Products - Personal Loan - Agency Vertical

Agency Handling experience is must

CTC - 30% Hike

Age - Upto 38 Years

Location - Patna, Motihari

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Agencies for collection of personal loan accounts across assigned areas.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Personal Loan Collections or similar role in Banking industry.
Strong understanding of Unsecured Loans, Recovery, PL (Personal Loan), Agency Handling processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
