Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Analyst / Associate to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end participation in real estate investment activities — from research and analysis to deal execution and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, market understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain financial models, conduct ROI and feasibility studies, and evaluate deal transactions.
• Identify and evaluate potential investors, developers, and corporate clients to support business expansion.
• Coordinate with Research, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams for due diligence, documentation, and deal closures.
• Building and maintaining CRM & strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations, contributing to business development and relationship management.
• Support management with market insights, investment performance tracking, and strategic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (Finance/ Sales & Marketing) or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Understanding of real estate markets, investment evaluation, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
