Job Description

Job Summary:

VP Investment Banking (Equity Side)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end equity fund-raising transactions including IPOs, private placements, and rights issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, PE/VC funds, and HNIs.
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and structure innovative equity solutions.
Oversee due diligence, valuation, and transaction documentation processes.
Manage investor presentations, pitch books, and financial models.
Advise clients on capital structuring, pricing, and positioning strategies.
Negotiate deal terms and manage investor onboarding processes.
Monitor post-transaction activities, performance tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
Keep abreast of capital market trends and recommend strategic initiatives to management.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of equity markets and SEBI regulations.
Excellent relationship management and investor networking abilities.
Expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
