Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Manager to lead the end-to-end management of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Bond products. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and investor behavior to build and grow these fixed-income and equity investment offerings. Role & responsibilities A) IPOs: Manage the product lifecycle for IPO offerings from sourcing and onboarding to distribution and investor communication. Train internal teams (RMs, advisors) on product features, benefits, and sales pitches. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for all product offerings. Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field; NISM certification preferred. 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in capital markets or wealth management. The ideal candidate will handle financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, and audits, plan for IPO and lead the company towards and IPO in 3 years, ensuring the companys financial health and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability. Accounting & Reporting: Oversee financial records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely financial statements, Taxation and coordinate with accounting team and auditor Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensure timely filings, and handle audits. Fund Management: Monitor cash flows, working capital, and liaise with banks for loans and financial planning. Project Finance: Evaluate project feasibility, manage capital expenditures, and optimize funding sources for solar projects. Audit & Risk Management: Ensure internal control mechanisms, statutory audits, and risk assessments are in place. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations, SEBI & MNRE guidelines, and renewable energy financial policies. Vendor & Client Coordination: Manage financial transactions with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance in the renewable energy sector. Experience in fundraising, Preparation of DPR, project finance, and cost optimization for solar projects is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
