Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Management

• Execute the financial strategy of the company in alignment with business goals.
  
• Manage financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support growth and expansion.
  
• Provide strategic advice on increasing revenue, optimizing costs, and improving profitability.
  
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems to ensure robust governance.
  

• Fundraising & Capital Management

• Lead and manage fundraising initiatives including IPO formation, private equity, and debt raising.
  
• Develop strategic financial models for capital requirements and investments.
  
• Forecast short-term and long-term financial needs and mobilize funds at low cost.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  

• Financial Operations & Compliance

• Oversee finance, accounts, taxation, MIS, and statutory compliance.
  
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  
• Ensure accurate cash flow tracking, reporting, and financial planning.
  
• Manage borrowings, project financing, disinvestments, and fund allocation.
  

• Risk & Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement areas.
  
• Provide clear and timely communication of potential risks to management.
  
• Propose and implement action plans to achieve annual financial objectives.
  
• Ensure full transparency over financial performance and reporting.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent.
  
• 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in large-scale businesses.
  
• Proven experience in

  IPO formation, fundraising, and capital market engagement

• Strong expertise in strategic planning, financial controls, taxation, and compliance.
  
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
