Job Description

Accounting & Financial Reporting:
Oversee financial statements, accounting policies, compliance with IFRS/Ind AS, and internal controls.
Audit & Risk Management:
Lead internal audits, risk assessments, statutory audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide strategic advisory on direct and indirect taxes, GST, transfer pricing, and international taxation matters.

Advise on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, investment decisions, and financial structuring.
Strategic Advisory:
Guide leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial planning.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure corporate governance, SEBI/Regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior finance and accounting professionals, building a culture of excellence and compliance.
Project-Based Leadership:
Take ownership of critical finance projects, process improvements, and special assignments.
