Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Manager to expand its investment banking portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new clients, managing relationships, and supporting IPO and M&A deal origination.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IPO, M&A, and fund-raising.
Generate leads through corporate outreach, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, CFOs, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
Assist in pitching investment banking services to potential clients.
Track ongoing deals and ensure smooth client communication.
Maintain a strong understanding of capital market trends and competitors.
Participate in client meetings and prepare pitch books and marketing materials.
Support leadership in achieving revenue and growth targets.
Represent the firm in conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate client data management.
